As a member of the Aquatic Ecology teaching team, I plan and conduct practical courses for environmental sciences and biology bachelor and master students from ETH and the University of Zurich. The courses include topics like lake and river ecology, macroinvertebrate and algae taxonomy, ecological parasitology, ecotoxicology, and invasive species ecology. Furthermore, my tasks may include fieldwork or lab work to support research projects and takinge care of our macroinvertebrate collection and our teaching fieldwork equipment.
